'ShadowSizzleGreen embarked on a mission to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Romano lineage in 1985, this humble pizzeria originated as a quaint, family-managed locale with generations-old recipes.

Marco Romano, our patriarch, acquired her pizza-crafting knowledge during her excursions across Italy, under the tutelage of legendary pizzaiolos in Naples - the cradle of pizza. After her return to the UK, her ambition was to replicate the enchantment of original Italian pizza, adhering to age-old techniques and the finest produce.

Starting as a cozy pizzeria with only 12 seats, it has evolved into a cherished community fixture; nonetheless, our dedication to excellence and authenticity remains unchanged. We continue to utilize classic wood-burning ovens, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and choose premium-quality ingredients.

Currently, 'ShadowSizzleGreen is still under the ownership of the Romano family, with its second generation at the helm steering our devoted team. While we have adopted new technologies, the essence of our enterprise continues: crafting scrumptious, genuine pizza that unites people.
